Bob Wills has been working in the advertising industry since 1988. Bob is the founder and CEO of The PM Group, Nnovative Marketing/The BOOK of FREE & Quarter Moon Productions, a full service advertising agency located in San Antonio. Bob is also the President and CEO of The PM Group. Bob Wills is recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as the largest advertising agency in the San Antonio/South Texas area and represents many companies/clients, such as the San Antonio Museum of Art, SWBC, IHOP restaurants, San Antonio Botanical Gardens, Beyer Boys A/C, San Antonio Sports, Brighton Center, Stowers Furniture, Tai Global, the American Payroll Association, Thomas J Henry Injury Attorneys, and Beyer Plumbing.

Bob Wills attended Grahm Jr College from 1971 to 1973.
