Kyle Blatchley is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in military and hospitality environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Point Casino & Hotel since April 2018, Kyle previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef. Prior military service includes roles such as Leading Damage Control Petty Officer for USS Nimitz CVN 68 and Food Services Leading Petty Officer for USS Momsen DDG-92. Kyle has also served as a Recruiter for Navy Recruiting District Miami and as Commanding Officer's Chef on USS John C. Stennis, managing meal production and event planning. Kyle's foundational experience as an Aircraft Handler and Director further complements a robust culinary and leadership skill set. Educational credentials include training from The Culinary Institute of America and certification in Military Recruiting from the Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit.
