Kat Moysey has a strong background in customer success, primarily working for The Point Company. Kat started as a Customer Success Manager in September 2014 and was promoted to Head of Customer Success in January 2016. In this role, they managed a portfolio of customers for lead generation services, developed and executed customer success plans, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. In January 2021, Kat advanced to the position of Global Head - Customer Success at The Point Company. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Customer Success Manager at Elsa Brown from September 2008 to September 2010. Kat also worked briefly in the Location and Planning Department at Sainsbury's in August 2010.
