Chris Michalak

Chris Michalak's work experience includes senior executive roles in various credit unions and advisory consulting. Chris served as the SVP | Chief Lending Officer at The Police Credit Union, overseeing residential, consumer, and commercial lending channels. Chris also founded and served as the CEO of AERIUS Advisory Group, providing guidance to companies for strategic growth and reducing operational risks. Other notable positions include SVP | Chief Mortgage Lending Officer at Solarity Credit Union, Real Estate Lending Management at Sound Credit Union, and Vice President of Mortgage Operations at First Tech Federal Credit Union. Earlier in their career, Chris held management positions at Washington State Employees Credit Union, Express Aircraft, and First Mortgage Investment Corp / Advanced Financial Inc.

Chris Michalak attended Western Governors University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Chris also attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they focused on Management. In addition to their formal education, Chris obtained certification from the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
