Michael Masters

Michael Masters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Michael started their career at Harland Financial Solutions as an Implementation Consultant, where they collaborated with Product Development to design and improve end-user instructional materials for new product roll-outs. Michael then transitioned to the role of Client Relationship Manager, where they assessed the quality and effectiveness of product design and functionality through client implementations.

In 2007, Michael joined The Police Credit Union as the IT Director, overseeing the organization's IT operations. Michael later took on the position of VP of Business Application Services, focusing on strategic areas such as business analysis, process review, change management, project management, business continuity, and data delivery. Notably, they successfully completed a Core Conversion and Digital Banking Conversion simultaneously.

In 2013, Michael briefly worked as the Interim SVP of IT at SF Police Credit Union, where they managed the IT team during a period of executive team replacement. Michael played a critical role in maintaining team focus and morale, meeting service level commitments, and advancing credit union strategic objectives and projects.

Outside of the financial industry, Michael also pursued their passion for Italian motorcycles by owning Guzzambo Racing. This allowed him to engage in the care and creation of beautifully crafted motorcycles from 1970-1978.

From 1992 to 1995, Michael Masters attended The University of Kansas, where they obtained a Graduate Certification in Mathematics and Education. Their field of study was Mathematics Teacher Education.
