Nathan O'Connor has gained extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at The Polish National Credit Union since October 2020. Nathan's roles have included Relationship Banking Specialist, Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, and Teller within the same organization. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Big Y World Class Market as a Produce and Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk from February 2017 to September 2020, and held the position of Delivery Driver at Quicky’s Family Restaurant from January 2016 to February 2017. Nathan began a career in the food service industry as a Fast Food Team Member at Arby's from March 2014 to August 2015. Nathan holds a degree from Western New England University, earned between 2016 and 2020.

In our Strategic Plan we will strive to enable our members to become financially self-sufficient and successful. We will provide consumer education and teach financial thrift.
