Zaneta Grasakis has over a decade of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the Branch Manager at the Polish National Credit Union since November 2014. Prior to this role, Zaneta worked as a Teller Supervisor at Berkshire Bank from January 2012 to November 2014 and as a Teller at the Polish National Credit Union from April 2007 to January 2012. Zaneta holds an Associate's degree from Springfield Technical Community College.

We will monitor and communicate our service in a meaningful way so that, members, potential members, legislators, regulators and the community at large will understand and appreciate the unique role that member-owned financial cooperatives play in their lives. In our Strategic Plan we will strive to enable our members to become financially self-sufficient and successful. We will provide consumer education and teach financial thrift.
