Leonor Serrano

Leonor Serrano has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Lifestyle Manager and Bar Manager at The Polo Club of Boca Raton since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the operations of five bars and managing inventories and orders. Prior roles include Restaurant Manager at Sheraton Panama Hotel & Convention Center from June 2013 to August 2016, Food and Beverage Director at Coronado Golf and Beach Resort from January 2010 to February 2013, Food and Beverage Manager at Parkland Golf and Country Club from February 2006 to November 2009, and Restaurant Manager at The Polo Club of Boca Raton from November 1995 to February 2006. Leonor Serrano received education at the University of Panama from 1984 to 1987.
