Kari Stanislaw

Kari Stanislaw has over 20 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, with a focus on medication use optimization. Kari has held various leadership roles in multi-specialty clinics, including Senior Director Pharmacy and Director of Clinical Pharmacy. Kari has a strong background in medication safety, cost-effectiveness, and aligning clinical pharmacy initiatives with local and national priorities. Additionally, they have experience in overseeing pharmacy practice residency programs and managing medication use initiatives. Kari has worked at The Everett Clinic, The Polyclinic, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and University Medical Center.

Kari Stanislaw completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from Creighton University, School of Pharmacy from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Clinical Pharmacy Residency at the University of Arizona from 1991 to 1992.
