Kelly Shaw is an experienced healthcare manager with a robust background in operational leadership and program development. Currently serving as Practice Manager at The Polyclinic since December 2014, Kelly also holds the title of Business Finance & Quality Manager at Overlake Medical Center, overseeing a budget of over $65 million and leading a team focused on revenue cycle management. Previous roles include managing clinical departments at Overlake Medical Center, directing the Comprehensive Breast Center and Thoracic Surgery Clinic at Swedish Medical Center, and established key partnerships and budgets while directing statewide health initiatives at the Washington State Department of Health. Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Public Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
