Chris Pesola is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in strategic leadership and organizational growth. Currently serving as Vice President at The Pond Guy, Chris focuses on enhancing technology and security through ERP implementation. Previously, as Vice President at Absorb Software, Chris was a technology stack advisor, emphasizing consolidation and value realization. Chris held multiple leadership roles at Plex Systems, Inc., including CIO, where strategic initiatives led to significant cost savings and increased efficiency. Earlier positions include Vice President/CIO at Learning Care Group, where oversight of technology projects and budgets supported over 1,100 facilities, and managerial roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young LLP. Chris holds a BS in Secondary Education with a focus in Mathematics and Computer Science from Central Michigan University.
