W. Russell Young

Russell Young currently serves as Vice President of Port Centric Logistics at The Port of Virginia since November 2021. Prior to this role, Russell Young held the position of Director of Economic Development at the Virginia Port Authority. Russell Young also gained experience as a Special Assistant in the Office of Governor George Allen from 1996 to 1997. Russell Young completed a Bachelor’s degree at Hampden-Sydney College between 1992 and 1996.
