Executive Vice President at The Port

Philip Denning has extensive work experience in community and economic development, strategic planning, and real estate. Philip is currently the Executive Vice President at The Port, where they lead the Neighborhood Revitalization team and manages strategic assets. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Community and Economic Development at the City of Cincinnati, where they oversaw various divisions and tripled the number of vacant city-owned real estate released for public bid. Before that, Philip worked at Concordia as an Associate and Project Manager, handling project management, personnel management, design, and business development. Philip also has experience as a Planner at the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce and Design, Community & Environment.

Philip Denning completed their bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Capital University from 2004 to 2006, studying Music Business and Performance, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.
