Susan Pike-Gubler is a seasoned leader in talent acquisition and organizational development with extensive experience across multiple high-profile companies. Currently, Susan serves as Founder & CEO of Susan Pike & Partners, where the focus is on partnering with tech companies to develop high-performing teams. Additional roles include accredited mentor at The Portfolio Collective, fractional Chief People Officer at CRURATED, and former Vice President of Talent at Jellysmack. Previous leadership positions encompass Global Director of Talent Acquisition at OLX Group, SVP of HR at Sberbank, and Group Director of Talent Acquisition at VEON. Susan’s career also includes significant contributions at Google as a Staffing Manager for Southern & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Susan holds an Executive MBA and a Master’s degree in International Management from Université Paris Dauphine, and a Bachelor's degree in English and French Language and Literature from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
