Zarir (Zed) Vakil has over 20 years of experience in business consultancy, entrepreneurial business development, change and transformation management, and performance and executive management services. In 2009, they founded Work Source Limited, a business consultancy providing results based sales and business development services. In 2012, they were an Interim Commercial Director at Bullman Booth, a premium property services company. In 2013, they were an Interim International Franchise Development Consultant at Franchise Development Services Ltd. In 2014, they were an Interim Transformation Project Manager at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2015, they were a Non Executive Director at WRLD, a disruptive metaverse technology company. In 2017, they were CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at StepJockey, a health tech company. In 2019, they were a Business Mentor at Sport Tech Hub. In 2020, they were a Founder Member and Advisor at The Portfolio Collective. In 2022, they were a Pop Up Advisory Board Member at THE VISION. Lastly, in 2023, they were a Forum Leader in London and South East England at REF.

Zarir (Zed) Vakil has a Diploma in Management & Business Studies from DITB and an A Level in Economics, Geography, and English Literature from Pelham High School, Wimbledon. Zarir (Zed) also holds a Council Member certification from GLG, obtained in June 2022.
