Aaron McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Aaron started their career in 2010 as an intern in Alpha Broadcasting, where they worked in promotions. In 2011, they interned at Edgewalk Business Experience as an Edgewalk Business Apprentice, and later at EnGn as a Recruiting Researcher. Aaron then joined Boys & Girls Aid as an HR Business Partner in 2011, before moving on to The Portland Clinic in 2013. At The Portland Clinic, they held various roles including HR Representative, HR Business Partner, Privacy and Compliance Officer, and currently serves as the Director of HR. Aaron'sexperience demonstrates their ability to adapt to different environments and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Aaron McCoy graduated from Portland State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in HR Management/Business Management, achieving Cum Laude honors. Prior to that, they attended Mt. Hood Community College from 2005 to 2009, focusing on General Studies and Business Prerequisites. Aaron completed their secondary education at Reynolds High School, where they obtained a Technical Diploma from 1998 to 2002.
