Executive Director, Strategic Projects at The Portman Estate

Simon Loomes has extensive experience in strategic project management and urban development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategic Projects at The Portman Estate since March 2003, Simon also holds leadership roles as Chair of the Baker Street Quarter Partnership and Vice Chair of Marble Arch London BID. Prior to these positions, Simon worked as Associate Director in Project Management at CB Richard Ellis from September 1990 to March 2003, and began a career as an Under Grad Civil Engineer at George Wimpey Limited after completing a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering at City St George’s, University of London from 1985 to 1990.
