Daina Estime

Daina joins TPZ after serving for more than six years in a research leadership role at Project Hope Boston, where she led the development of the organization's analytic capabilities to strengthen operations and improve business practices. Prior to Project Hope, Daina supported Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. as a Data Consultant and Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Student Success Jobs Program Student Coordinator. She has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and will support TPZ's program evaluation efforts, helping us to use data to continuously improve their program, practices, and curriculum.
