Glen Ducharme

After serving in a Financial Management role at TPZ for three years, Glen now acts as the Director of Partnerships where he is l simultaneously an internal and external relationship builder and project manager. Glen strives to cultivate partnerships and projects between TPZ and schools, education centers, nonprofits, and business partners, large and small, to create entrepreneurial experiences, STEAM knowledge, comprehensive supports, and career opportunities that will have a lasting positive impact on our students as well as the communities in which we live and operate. Originally from Massachusetts, Glen lived and worked in Chicago for 15 years, where his passion for non-profit education was ignited when he volunteered for a baseball and education program called Lost Boyz.

Now back in Massachusetts and living in the Egleston Square neighborhood, he is continuing to work on this passion as well as hobbies including baseball, music, traveling, snowboarding, and cooking.

He holds a B.A, in Finance from the University of Massachusetts-Boston.
