Jim Naro

PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant

Jim Naro is an experienced educator and consultant in marketing and professional sales, currently leading the Professional Sales Program at Southern New Hampshire University since July 2022. Naro develops and teaches undergraduate courses, mentors students, manages sales competitions, and collaborates with corporate sponsors to secure student internships. Additionally, Naro serves as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant at The Predictive Index, assisting clients in aligning sales management activities with strategic initiatives. With a background as a Business Partner at CustomerCentric Selling since 1999 and previous roles including Vice President at Covad Communications and National Sales Director at BBN Planet, Naro has extensive experience in implementing sales strategies and driving organizational growth. Naro holds a BA from Purdue University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
