Joan Sills

Joan Sills is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and talent optimization. Currently serving as a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since October 2013, Joan empowers CEOs through peer advisory groups and one-on-one coaching. As a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant with The Predictive Index since December 2019, Joan utilizes a science-based platform to assist companies in hiring effectively. Joan is also the Principal of Lightbulb Leadership, an executive consulting practice focused on small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include CEO of Westech Career Services/BrassRing Inc., President of Pacific Marine Yachts, Colony Hotel and Resorts, and Vice President at Radisson Hotels and Marriott Corporation. Joan holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Hotel Administration from Michigan State University.
