Joseph MacHiah

Joseph MACHIAH is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, consulting, and performance optimization. Currently, as a co-founder of FORTIA3 PERFORMANCE, Joseph develops disruptive models for ambitious athletes by integrating mental preparation, behavioral profiling, motor preferences, and cognitive training. In addition, Joseph serves as president of ARCOS Portage, facilitating business operations in France for foreign companies. As a certified partner for The Predictive Index, Joseph enhances organizational dynamics through advanced mapping tools. Previous roles include co-founding HAPPii, managing a finance consulting company, and contributing to various educational initiatives, including an Entrepreneurship module at ESCE International Business School.
