As the Founder of The Collaborative Advisor since February 2020, Tim specializes in executive coaching, strategic growth, and enhancing customer engagement. Tim also serves as Group Chair at Executive Agenda and is a Certified Partner at The Predictive Index. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Client Success at Watermark, where Tim led the integration of multiple client success teams, and Chief Revenue Officer at Digital Measures, achieving high renewal rates. Tim's earlier career at Brady Corporation spanned various leadership positions, including General Manager and Marketing Director, focusing on safety solutions and channel management. Tim holds a BBA in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business.
