Karen Kane is a seasoned executive with significant experience in the field of executive search and organizational advisory. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Banking Practice at Kaplan Partners since January 2001, Karen Kane has a rich background in working with Boards, investors, and CEOs to enhance organizational success. In addition to her role at Kaplan Partners, Karen Kane is a Hogan Certified Analyst with Hogan Assessment Systems and a Predictive Index Certified Analyst with The Predictive Index. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Howard Fischer Associates in the Technology Practice and as National Accounts Sales Manager at Automatic Data Processing. Karen Kane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from DeSales University.
