Mike Herrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent optimization, strategic planning, and coaching. Currently serving as a Talent Optimization Consultant at The Predictive Index since October 2019, Mike is also a Certified Partner at Predictive Index with Cornerstone Strategic Management Services LLC, a position held since May 2019. As the CEO and owner of Cornerstone Strategic Management Services LLC since January 2018, Mike leads initiatives in talent optimization.
