Mike Neal

Mike Neal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent optimization and business development. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of MVP-Results since November 2011, Mike has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm as a recognized Predictive Index Elite Partner and Master Training Center. Prior to MVP-Results, Mike served as CEO/Managing Partner at Premiere Laser Products from February 2002 to November 2011, and as CEO/Owner of Southern Medical from January 1989 to January 2002, where notable achievements included transforming a startup into the largest distributor of medical equipment in southern England. Earlier in his career, Mike held the position of Sales Manager at Filofax, contributing to the company's significant growth and subsequent listing on the London Stock Exchange. Mike's educational background includes studies at the University of West London.
