Steven Boyce

Steven Boyce is an accomplished leader in the fields of business systems, IT, and cyber security, currently serving as the Director of Business Systems, IT, & Cyber Security at The Predictive Index since June 2019. With a background in Salesforce and agile methodologies, Steven has effectively managed teams focused on process improvement and systems optimization, previously holding roles such as Operations Manager for Business Applications and Systems Operations Leader. Prior to The Predictive Index, Steven held key positions at Zmags, Experian Data Quality, Pharma Logistics, and Hertz, amassing extensive experience in customer success, account management, sales strategies, and team leadership. Steven earned a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011.
