Automotive Service Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign repair orders to the technicians in the shop

• Maximize available hours technicians

• Ensure efficient flow of service vehicles.

• Represent The Premier Collection’s brand with excellence

• Highly organized and eagerness to improve

• Willingness to take initiative

• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills

• Coding warranty opcodes and booking repair orders for advisors

Automotive Service Dispatcher Qualifications

• Ability to maintain hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday

• Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
