Mike Marston

Mike Marston is a licensed real estate agent at The Premier Property Group, where expertise in NW Florida and specialization in military relocations and complex property sales benefit clients. Prior to this role, Mike served as General Manager at Sea and Sky Inc., managing production and sales while overseeing a $400,000 operating budget and developing long-range business strategies. Mike also has extensive experience in the Air Force Special Operations Command, holding various leadership positions, including Superintendent, Flight Chief, and Team Leader, where responsibilities included training, personnel development, and managing a fleet of vehicles valued at $80 million. In addition, Mike worked as an Instructor of Meteorology, providing extensive instruction to Air Force personnel.
