Patricia Miller

Patricia Miller has a strong background in conservation and restoration. Patricia has worked as the Chief Conservator at The Preservation Society of Newport County since 2015. Prior to that, they were the Owner/Conservator at 2 ARTS Conservation, LLC from 2012 to 2016. Patricia also served as the Senior Conservator/Project Manager at Conservation Solutions, Inc. from 2003 to 2011, and as an Architectural Conservator at Jablonski Berkowitz Conservation, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Patricia began their career as a Conservation Technician at Conservation Technical Associates from 1997 to 1998.

Patricia Miller's education history begins in 1989 when they attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. There, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Sculpture and Art History, which they completed in 1993.

In 1998, Patricia enrolled in the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. Patricia pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Conservation and Historic Preservation. Patricia spent two years at Columbia, completing their degree in 2000.

In 2011, Patricia attended the Sotheby's Institute of Art, where they obtained a certificate in Art & Business, Modern & Contemporary Art History. This program lasted for one year.
