Justin Yates

Justin Yates is an experienced production and value stream manager currently at The Prestwick Group since September 2015, where responsibilities include leading the CNC Programming department and collaborating with manufacturing personnel to ensure product quality while implementing automation and technical innovations. Prior to this role, Justin worked at Pak-Rite Ltd. from August 2009 to September 2015 as a CNC Programmer and Cutting Department Team Lead, focusing on overseeing CNC and fabrication processes with 3-axis CNC routers and utilizing MasterCam for all CAM operations. Justin holds a GED in General Education from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
