Carl Sizer

Carl Sizer serves as The Primary Health Network Chief Financial Officer. He joined PHN in June 2017. Carl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Carl is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
