Dr. Lillian Williams

Dr. Lillian Williams, DHA, MHHS, ACHE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Primary Health Network and is a Senior Partner at Focused Driven Compliance Advisors, LLC, specializing in compliance audits and healthcare excellence. With a distinguished background at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio, Dr. Williams held the role of Vice President of Health Services, overseeing strategic planning and medical program coordination. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Operations, Regional Director of Health Services at Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio, and Vice President of Client Services at Planned Parenthood of Mahoning Valley, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed program development and regulatory compliance. Dr. Williams earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg and an MHHS in Health Administration/Human Services from Youngstown State University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
