Halaina Bowers

Halaina Bowers is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Medical Office Assistant and Front Office Assistant at The Primary Health Network since January 2023. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing future appointment scheduling, and training in medical records software. Prior experience includes working as a Childcare Worker at Allie Alligator Learning Center, LLC from January 2022 to January 2023, and a progression from crew member to Shift Leader at HEARTLAND RESTAURANT GROUP, LLC from September 2017 to February 2022, where valuable skills and a strong work ethic were developed. Halaina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University (2019-2023), an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Pittsburgh Technical College (2017-2019), and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Medical Assistant at the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (September 2023 - May 2024).
