Monica Montenegro Au has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Restaurant Manager at The Princess Anne Country Club since March 2014, where prior responsibilities included the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager. Previously, Monica held positions at Hermitage Country Club, including Banquet Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager from November 2010 to March 2014, and Pool Manager for a brief period in 2010.
