Dilya Shorfova

Dilya Shorfova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, eLearning, and linguistic consulting. Currently serving as the eLearning Operations Manager at The Princeton Review since July 2014, Dilya oversees the daily operations of over 30 remote tutors and coordinates new product implementations. Previous roles include eLearning Student Services Coordinator at The Princeton Review, where Dilya provided support to over 18,000 online students, and Russian Language Instructor at the Russian Center for Languages and Arts, LLC. As a Freelance Wardrobe Stylist, Dilya engages in eCommerce product styling and merchandise preparation. Additional experience includes content development for Pimsleur Language Programs and supervisory roles in hospitality. Dilya holds a B.A. in Secondary Education and an M.A. in Linguistics from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University.
