Andrew Thomas

Andrew Thomas is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in infrastructure services and support. Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Services Analyst at Principality Building Society since August 2008, Andrew oversees third line support and operational assurance for the organization's estate, along with leading project and task delivery. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Infrastructure Analyst and IT Analyst in second and first line support, respectively. Andrew also contributed as an ICT Coordinator at Bridgend County Borough Council, where the focus was on providing IT skills training to youth. Early experience includes a position as Weekend Supervisor at Vans and serving as a Systems Technician for HR and Payroll systems. Academic qualifications include a BSC (Hons) in Computer Science from Swansea University and additional networking qualifications from Bridgend College and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
