Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as the Commercial Operations Manager at Principality Building Society since September 2012, after holding the position of Relationship Support Officer in the Principality Commercial division. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Blackhorse Finance as a Complaints Assessor for a short period in 2012 and spent nearly three decades at Barclays Bank PLC, where positions included Credit Manager in the Wales and South West Corporate Team and various roles in Branch and Business Banking. Richard holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, the Institute of Financial Services, and the Institute of Leadership & Management, as well as a diploma from Caerleon Comprehensive School.
