Shimi Shah

Shimi Shah is an accomplished independent non-executive director with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at OnMobile Global Limited and as a Non-Executive Director at haysmacintyre and Principality Building Society, Shimi also holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at The Royal Mint. As Chairperson of Carousel Solutions Group Limited and Miratech, Shimi focuses on innovative advisory practices and global IT services, respectively. Additionally, Shimi co-founded NEDx, an initiative designed to develop impactful board directors. Shimi has been active on the Advisory Board of the North East Fund and is a long-standing member of YPO. Educational credentials include an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Management from King's College London.
