Kanishka Verma

Kanishka Verma has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as Corporate HR at The Principle Group. In this position, Kanishka is responsible for recruitment, background verification, documentation, onboarding, and US staffing. They also schedule technical interviews for candidates and conduct induction presentations for new employees.

Prior to their current role, Kanishka worked as an intern at ZEE Business, where they worked on a special feature show called "Week-ends" and served as an Assistant Producer. They had the opportunity to interview Bollywood celebrities and market experts for the show.

Before that, Kanishka interned at The Indian Express in the Corporate Communications department. They assisted in the selection process for the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Awards and contributed to creative design and logistics for the Financial Express Best Banks Awards.

Additionally, Kanishka had a brief internship at Golden Star Events.

Kanishka Verma began their education at Delhi Public School in Greater Noida in 2012, where they studied for one year. Kanishka then transferred to Delhi Public School in Greater Noida for an additional year of education, focusing on commerce. After completing their time at Delhi Public School, Kanishka attended Amity University in Noida from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Amity University, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Following this, Kanishka enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2020 and completed a one-year program, earning a Certificate in German Language.
