Pallavi Rao

Pallavi Rao has a diverse work experience in various industries. Pallavi started working at BT in 2014 as a Credit Officer, where they assessed client needs and provided them with suitable pricing plans. In 2015, they joined Convergys as a CRM Manager until 2016. Pallavi'sresponsibilities included managing customer relationship management processes. Since 2016, they have been working at Principle RPO Group as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for establishing new business accounts, managing major clients, sourcing candidates, and mentoring the team.

From 2013 to 2016, Pallavi Rao attended Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University in Kanpur. Pallavi pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology during this period.
