Paul Cencula

Paul Cencula is an experienced Agile Coach and Project Manager with a strong background in implementing agile methodologies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Principal Agile Coach at The Private Sector Group, LLC since August 2020, Paul previously held roles at Octo Consulting Group, where support was provided for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Office of Justice Programs, and at Huntington Ingalls Industries, facilitating scrum teams for the Administrative Office of US Courts. Paul's career at IBM spanned nearly two decades, encompassing roles as a Scrummaster and Senior Project Manager, with significant contributions to digital marketing and operational support contracts. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Marketing from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ohio University, and a Project Management Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business.
