Hannah Moore

Hannah Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member services and hospitality management. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Member Services at PS since May 2023, Hannah previously held multiple roles at onefinestay from January 2013 to June 2023, including City Manager and Head of Service and Commercial. Before onefinestay, Hannah worked at Ruskin Mill Educational Trust as a Shared Lives Provider, delivering residential care for young adults with complex needs. Earlier positions include Customer Relationship Advisor at Co-operative Financial Services and Front of House at Lumiere fine dining restaurant. Hannah began a career in psychology as an Assistant Psychologist at HMP Leyhill. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Psychology from the University of Plymouth, complemented by a year in industry experience.
