Laura Brown has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Laura currently works at The Production Board, a venture foundry and investment holding company. Laura started as an Executive Assistant in February 2018 and later became an Operations Manager in February 2020. Laura currently holds the position of Director of Operations, which they started in September 2021.
Prior to their current role, Laura worked at RealtyShares as an Executive Assistant from February 2017 to January 2018. Before that, they were an Administrative Assistant at Sprung Structures from August 2016 to February 2017.

Laura worked in marginalized communities to establish community gardens, educate participants in gardening skills, and developed a handbook addressing issues faced in impoverished areas.

Laura Brown attended Rhodes College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. Laura then pursued further education at the University of the Pacific from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in Food Studies.
