Frank R. Owens

Frank R. Owens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Frank R. started their career as an Industrial Safety Assessor at Detroit Edison - Enrico Fermi 2 in 1991 and worked there until 1996. Frank R. then joined Ford Motor Company as a Plant Engineering Manager from December 1996 to February 2007.
