Josh Penprase

Josh Penprase has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh currently holds the position of Vice President Talent Acquisition at The Productivity Team, where they manage direct placement business development and account management for senior leadership and executive roles. Prior to this, they worked at Corporate Dining Concepts as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing 13 accounts and managing P&L, production, food costing, and employee training. Josh also served as District Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for menu development, chef training, and cafeteria operations for 7 accounts. In their earlier career, Josh worked at Centric Solutions Group LLC as an Account Manager and Senior Recruiter, specializing in talent management and recruiting for the manufacturing and automotive industries. Josh'sexperience also includes roles as a Sous Chef at Rochester Chop House and a Line Supervisor at Kruse & Muer Restaurant, where they demonstrated excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Josh Penprase attended Oakland Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Culinary Degree. Josh then pursued further education at Oakland University from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Resources Development. During their time at Oakland University, their field of study focused on Workforce Development and Training.
