Julie Sizer is a seasoned professional in the field of education and training, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at The Progress Group since September 2021, while also holding the position of Managing Director at Prepare to Achieve. Previously, Julie Sizer worked at DART Limited as Head of DART Training and held various leadership roles at South Staffordshire College, culminating in the role of Assistant Principal for Work Based Learning and Commercial. Julie Sizer began career management roles at NTC Training Ltd as Chief Executive Officer and also served as Workforce Development Manager at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College. Julie Sizer's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Coventry University and advanced leadership training from LSIS and Warwick University.
