Kai Newell

Kai Newell is an experienced professional with a background in advocacy, customer service, and social media management. Currently serving as a Prevention Specialist at The Project of the Quad Cities since August 2022, Kai previously worked as a Survivor Advocate at Family Resources and as a Customer Service Lead at Mediacom Communications, where management selected Kai to train new team members and handle escalated service calls. In addition, Kai has managed social media for Golden Hour Photography since May 2020 and has experience in retail as an Electronic Sales Associate at Target. Kai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
