Viminda Shafer

Viminda Shafer currently serves as the Community Relations and Development Coordinator at The Project of the Quad Cities since September 2018. Prior to this role, Viminda held positions as a Program Coordinator at Blue Valley School District from August 2008 to June 2013, and as a Special Education Teacher specializing in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders at both Blue Valley School District and Anoka Hennepin School District between August 2007 and June 2008. Viminda Shafer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts with an emphasis in Photography from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Special Education Dual Licensure in Emotional Behavioral Disorders and Specific Learning Disabilities from the University of St. Thomas.
