John Tulchin is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Promotions Dept. since May 1990. John also holds the title of Director of Sales & Marketing at the same company. Furthermore, John is the Founder and CEO of Pro Premiums since May 2016. John graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Political Science and Government.
